Why did you choose RJL Education for your career?
I researched different academies & colleges & RJL Education was just so professional and friendly. The website is so informative and the owner Ruby was just so lovely and helpful in answering all my queries. Nothing was too much trouble and from the moment I spoke with Ruby it just felt right.
How has your RJL experience been so far?
The education centre is such a beautiful environment to train in, all the educators are so knowledgable and the training is just first class.I receive so much support and engagement, i couldn’t have asked for more.
Are we meeting your expectations?
Yes definitely and exceeding them! Ruby and my educator Danielle have so much knowledge and experience to share, and the level of training is so high. I feel in good hands and I know I will succeed with their help. I would encourage anyone looking to train here to not think twice about it.
What are your career goals?
I would like to start with gaining salon experience then eventually own my own salon, I would also love to train in hair loss in the future to help others feel better about themselves.
Why did you decide to come to RJL Education (over a college/apprenticeship)?
Due to the course being fast track, means i can qualify in my dream career sooner, Class sizes are so much smaller so the training is more personalised and 1-1 basis. Ruby has also built the academy with such attention to detail and it’s such a beautiful place to train in.
What did you enjoy most about the course?
I can’t narrow it down to just one thing, as I’m loving everything about it. I love how the educators see my ability and push me to perfect my skills learned and put theory into practice.
What was the biggest challenge you had to overcome in order to succeed in your course and how did the instructors at RJL Education help you to do that?
Confidence in my own ability and speed, The educators are constantly encouraging me, offering so much support at all times, and showing me different techniques to always learn & improve, They do this whilst allowing me the freedom to find and develop my own personal style as every stylist is unique.
