1. Register your interest: Tell us about yourself, your location and the area of hairdressing you want to pursue.

2. Secure a salon role: Apply for one of our vacancies or approach a suitable salon that can employ you for at least 16 hours per week.

3. Complete your enrolment: RJL will check eligibility, speak with the salon and explain the training plan.

4. Begin earning and learning: Start building practical skills, salon confidence and experience from day one.
