Yes. Learners completing a CPD course will usually receive their certificate on the day, subject to successfully meeting all course requirements.
Certificates for Ofqual-regulated qualifications and online courses may take several weeks to be processed and issued after completion.
Assessment methods vary depending on the qualification. They may include:

You’re also welcome to bring your own suitable model if you prefer. Please let us know in advance so our team can confirm the model requirements for your course.
RJL Education Centre is open Monday to Friday, from 9am until 3pm, and our classroom-based courses are scheduled within these hours.

Yes. All our courses lead to recognised qualifications or accredited certification, but the type of qualification you receive will depend on the course you choose.
Our NVQ, Teaching and Assessing qualifications are Ofqual-regulated, with VTCT as the awarding organisation. Our shorter fast-track courses are CPD accredited through the CPD Centre of Excellence.
The qualification or accreditation awarded will be clearly displayed on each course page.
Course prices vary depending on the programme you choose. We offer everything from short, accredited courses to fast-track NVQ qualifications, with options suitable for different experience levels and career goals.

- Level 2 and Level 3 Hairdressing: up to 10 learners
- Hairdressing CPD courses: up to 10 learners
- SPMU courses: 1–2 learners
- Aesthetics courses: 1–3 learners
- Beauty and Makeup courses: 1–3 learners
- Teaching and Assessing courses: up to 6 learners

All finance and instalment options are subject to eligibility, approval, credit checks and the provider’s individual terms and conditions.
Funding is currently available for our Level 2 Hairdressing Apprenticeship programme for learners aged 16 and over. Apprenticeships are employment-based programmes and usually take between 18 and 24 months to complete.
Learners aged 19 and over may also be eligible to fund a Level 3 Hairdressing qualification through an Advanced Learner Loan.
We do not currently have government funding available for our other courses, although payment plans and finance options may be available.
