Our two-day Bridal and Occasion Hair Course is designed to build your confidence in creating professional, long-lasting hairstyles for weddings, proms and special events.

Day one focuses on essential hair preparation and styling techniques, including product selection, creating volume, texture, curls and a secure foundation for occasion hair. On day two, you’ll put these skills into practice by creating three different bridal and occasion hairstyles, developing a versatile portfolio of looks for future clients.

Whether you’re a newly qualified stylist or an experienced hairdresser looking to expand your services, this practical bridal hair training course will help you attract more clients, grow your confidence and advance your career in bridal and occasion hair styling.

At our fast-track bridal and occasion hair course, you’ll learn a variety of elegant hairstyles, from classical bridal hair to stunning prom updos, in half the time of a standard course. This hands-on training allows you to create three looks of your choice, focusing on the styles and techniques you want to master most. By the end of the course, you’ll be confident in consulting with clients, prepping hair, and styling professional, long-lasting looks.

Course times: 10.00am to 4.00pm.

Those choosing to do the experienced hairdressing bridal hair course will attend the latter of the two days available.

During our bridal hair course, not only will you learn how to prep and style hair for a bride-to-be, but you’ll also learn how to market yourself to get regular clients and build a stream of income. Here’s what to expect:

Day 1 is all about learning to prep bridal hair, this day will focus on consultation, tools and equipment and learning to create various curls and waves techniques including pin curling, dressing out and setting the shape, product knowledge and how to take the perfect photographs. (Essential for a beginner in hairdressing)

Day 2 is where we focus on creating a selection of different bridal looks, from learning a classic up do to boho festival hair up, and then onto vintage waves.

Once you’ve successfully completed all modules of your bridal and occasion hair course, you will be offered the chance to take part in a Q&A session with our experts. This will give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about bridal hair, special occasion styling, and more.

This kit not only provides a full hairdressing setup for bridal and occasion styling but also equips you for an immediate start in your new career. All styling products are supplied during training.

You must be aged 16 or over to enrol on this course. It’s suitable for complete beginners with no prior hairdressing experience who want to learn professional bridal hair styles..
